Morgan Stanley\DW increased its rating on Charter Communications (CHTR) to "Strong Buy" from "Outperform" based on valuation. The firm also upgraded Dassault Systemes (DASTY) to "Outperform" from "Neutral," noting that the firm represents one of the leading high-end CAD packages and is gaining market share. Walske does it again!!
