Hi Ibexx,

According to the recent Fortune article, and others, Cisco does better at retaining and attracting talent. They ranked Cisco as #1 among all tech as best to work for.

As for top talent, one of the articles quotes Chambers reflecting on how well they have done retaining same from their acquisitions.
