I think the 'Killen effect' is overblown. With the report being $5k, the subscriber list is probably more industry related. I just don't see the general public reading the report and no less rushing out to buy the mentioned stocks. Institutions would have a problem buying such small floats. More like solid research in the industry. Looks to me like the 'MoMo' players snooping around the sector.
