USMA, I was already a customer, my e-mails were responded to but never with any help, they just don't get it. Etrade blew a trade for me and the responses were always that the order was filled, therefore it was a good trade. They can't think beyond the trade that the reason it executed at the wrong quantity was because a change order sat unexecuted for 40 minutes. It is quite frustrating, but I think your problem is due to volume of new accounts. If they can get it straightened out, I think CC will get 100 M for 2 years instead of just 75 and they can postpone any earnings for another couple years;) jim
