Secondary offerings are popping up in the sector. BRKS just announced one. MTSN did earlier. Anybody know of others?

I recall that in 1997, a slew of secondary offerings marked the top of the cyclical peak, and afterwards I thought that this might be a useful indicator for the next peak in the sector.

Any comments?
