JDSU is in a good position for a move. The volatility on options has dropped off significantly in the last month---ie. the calls are getting a lot cheaper. That could result in some buy back of covered calls ahead of a possible major move upwards.

I am still confident of the move. My prediction is next week for the start of the major move. However, considering investors seem to be reacting a little sooner than the usual stock split run-up, it would not surprise me if it happens this week.

This week may also be the best time for call buying on the part of options speculators, IMHO. Of course, everyone should be aware of the risks in options trading.
