That guy is pretty smart. He must be making a killing with the new ruling for the OTCBB to become reporting.

I think that some are confused at what all this means. I went through this whole thing with AVBC. I was pretty confused when they went through it but understand what's going on now.

This is the quickest way to become a fully reporting company and alot less complicated. Once the acquisition is finalized, the E gets dropped.

Once again, when alot of other were selling in a panic, you were buying. Nice move KZAP. The confusion over what is going on may create some more buying opportunities.

Gotta get back to work.
