-Sales 6.7M vs 6.3M
-EPS 0.05 vs 0.02
-Positive forecast for current quarter.
-Positive growth outlook for year maintained.
-Some expected orders were delayed. This is becoming a regular occurence at Spectrum.
-This was a less than impressive quarter from a revenue standpoint, though ala Spectrum they say to just give them one more quarter and things will be rosy.
-No numbers included in forward looking statements.

I agree with JTW, this stock needs some contract announcements with numbers included, soon, or its going nowhere.
