I have made no suggestions that TYCO would settle.

But, I place no belief in anything said by IR at TYC. My experience is that IR is often not kept informed of anything like this, or is fed lies they can pass on.

My belief is that IDTC will announce the plan and that will be the majority of what will be needed. A settlement with YCo could add to that, as would the sale of NTOP. But, I do not need to count on these extra things.

H60 just announced on Yahoo that the NTOP sale rumor MAY have legs since the company has not denied it. I consider this unfair. The company rarely admits or denies anything and inferences can not be drawn.

Yet, I too, believe (not know) that a sale may be being considered. But, this can take time and might slow down the process yet again.
