Chuck: I don't know you from a hole in the wall but I like your input if you are truly an IMP employee. I have been a long time promoter of IMP (bought at $15 saw $upwards of $24 during intraday trading at its high and saw it drop to its current low) having bought it for the long run.

If you go back and read past posts on IMP you will see investors have been extremely disappointed with IMP's early release of sales figure back on May 1, 1996; then followed the dismal performance by Mr. Laws on CNBC (not to mention his clear attempt to separate IMP from IOMEGA); then followed news of B.C. selling his shares. Ever since the recent high into the $20's IMP has failed to properly and publicly address the concerns of investors from the above mentioned items.

We would like to see more news releases from IMP. If, as you say you are an IMP employee, take this message to your public relations colleagues, "make some announcement that is IOMEGA related by promoting the relationship with IOMEGA rather than trashing it or dismissing it."

I look forward to your input. And hey - I look forward to amazing Q results on or about August 1, 1996.

Regards,

Erik.
