Pan, It has been my personal experience and observation that many employers have an agenda of over burdening their employees and piviting one against the other so that the workers are bickering among themselves in lieu of what the real underlying problem is with management. I work at a place which likes to give doughnuts to its employees now and then, but we refer to them as vaseline doughnuts since well they want to stick it you know what I mean. We have floor meetings of management and employee involvement but there is not any real value to them except a smoke screen to mask the true purpose of exploiting fellow company employees.
