Agreed on the overhead supply issue (and the ill-advisedness of purchases in the upper teens & 20's.) If this ends up being a strong tech year, could see a lot of PERL tax loss selling this fall. Glad I'm only sitting on 1/4 my old position. The x-factor is Voice Over IP, IF PERL can make strong progress in the interim. IMSCO, that's PERL's only hope of real gain from here, since at this level, strong EPS gains are already well built in. Scott
