If you read this closely, he didn't have much choice. He was required to exercise by the 60th day of the year. The exercise means little by itself. However, the structure and timing of this bit of compensation is interesting. He could be along for the ride that Jeffrey has called, and if he holds the shares, that is indeed bullish. So we watch EDGAR for more filings. If we see a registration to sell shares, we should consider following suit.
