I am in the process of DTC'ing my two separate accounts from Paine Webber and C. Schwab to Web St. A 24 hour project is now approaching 4 days and counting.

Moral of the story:

They all suck:)

But I'll give Web St. this, the people I have spoken with on the phone have been more pleasant and helpful than the others on this seemingly way too long adventure. And most of the transfer is out of their hands, but they have made numerous phone calls on my behalf.

Schwab was not only a bit expensive but plain old stunk as far executing. Paine Webber, you have to use a broker. If you get a good one, great! If you get one like I had, well so long.

I'l let ya'll know how I make out.
