MIAMI, Feb 14 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- (OTC-BB:TVCP)--The company
announced today that it has filed a $10 million law suit against an
anonymous poster on the internet chat group known as Raging Bull. The
poster, known as worm06, has attacked the Company and its management in
a huge volume of posts which began only on January 26th. The Company
will discover the poster's true identity and proceed against that
person for the damages and injunctive relief properly available. About
