Has anyone gotten any information from the company. My take is that they are doing a reverse merger with a shell. There is no indication of what the outstanding shares will be and how they will effectuate this.

My concern is that they can play games to protect the insiders, effectively diluting the public shareholders. As there is no current information, other than that several month old PR from the outfit that was paid to do a PR for the company.

Today's PR was deafeningly silent on specifics and whether there would be dilution. This reverse merger into a shell technique can cover a multitude of sins. The shell holders have to paid something obviously. The problems that caused them not to report are brushed under the rug.

My other question concerns the WHY this had to happen. They had 6 months or more of promises to bring all paper work up to date. They waited for the last minute and then they do a merger with a clean shell. Seems to be much effort to do something that any legitimate company would have done 6 months ago. Blaming the auditors is really not a valid excuse.

Not trying to bash -- really looking for some information to base a decision to purchase.
