Gliatech, strengthen Adcon/adhesion prevention coverage with patent filed on 02/01/00 (http://patent.womplex.ibm.com/details?pn=US06020326) : What is claimed is: 1. A method for inhibiting bone growth in a mammal comprising administering an amount of an anionic polymer effective to inhibit bone growth to a site in a mammal where inhibition of bone growth is desired; wherein the anionic polymer is selected from the group consisting of the disaccharides or glycosaminoglycans of dermatan sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, keratan sulfate, heparan sulfate and heparin. : This is a continuation of application Ser. No. 07/708,660, filed May 31, 1991.
