Mike, I've been financially burned by this company, but the one thing I can say is that they have always returned my calls and correspondence. Long before the recent stock debacle, this company responded to my calls and correspondence re: an unrelated matter, the KNKV dividend. Recently, while I was out of town, the COO called re: questions some of us had. How many COOs for companies in your stock portfolio have responded in that fashion?
