not sure, but a few analysts have noted fnsr to be a optic play(which they are somewhat)...plus, it bottomed out for quite awhile...crds took off first...now its fnsr's turn...even jnic is moving now...whatever the reason, im qute pleased since i bought fnsr a week ago at 70<ggg>
