As I said, there are more succient versions (around 16KB total file size, or about 10 type-writtten pages) which cover the ground very well; as well as all the other 'hits' you'll find on Netiquette, some from folks who have been at it since the early days. In addition, (repeating myself again, must be getting old!<g>) the SI Terms of Use are short, but sweet regarding abusive behaviour.

No voluntary guidelines are gonna stop a true kook, though.

Again, I apologize if I interfered with your mission, just wanted to let ya know a bit of what's already hashed over regarding accepted use. Enjoy yourselves: back to my regularly scheduled programming .
