Zeev, Mine is street also. I would imagine you will receive a notification packet as well which includes the voting proxy, copies of the 10KSB and 10QSB, the letter from Bill C., and the notice of the annual meeting with a discussion of the proposals on which we will vote. I don't know if there is a cutoff date of ownership that determines who receives the notice. The "state of the business" letter is basically a reflection on the 1996 and 1Q 97 operations and also touches on BC's goals for 97 and beyond. It is a two page letter and my only means of reproduction would be cranking it out at my formerly achievable 60 wpm rate, pre-carpal tunnel!! <g> That is definitely not my first option! Maybe someone else is aware of GRNO's plans for the web site? LLLP Mark
