Ibexx, Goldman Sachs upgraded AMD to "outperform" today and the stock promptly fell. Doesn't surprise me a bit because this kind of kiss of death happens frequently: the big boyz talk up the stock price in order to dump. Level II will let you see more clearly. Apparently Goldman Sachs talked the stock up -2 1/4 today. Your theory is bulletproof. Scumbria
