February has been just fine!!

February being a bad month is one of those myths we sometimes like to hang our hat on to explain current events. February in 1990 was virtually unchanged. Down in 91; up in 92; down in 93; up in 94; down in 95; up in 96; down in 97; up n 98; down in 99 and likely down in 2000. These facts hardly lead to the conclusion that february is a bad month. I'll look at march and be right back - hopefully it will be decidedly in one direction - up.
