I can't answer your intraday questions as I'm not a user of that program. I'm WOW eod with my data coming from Quotes Plus.

But, your question about the delayed quotes is one I do know about. The exchanges delay the quotes, as you know. But they say the delays are 15 or 20 minutes (depending on the exchange). What they don't say is that the delays are at least 15 or 20 minutes. They can, and often do run much more than that. 30 minutes isn't unusual at all.
