The response from Daryll is very logical to me. The L.E.A.P.S. technology is so broadly applicable that much cooperation is necessary to do justice to it. HGP30 seems to be caught in a quagmire of bureaucratic governmental fumbling; perhaps more than a small company can manage. I have a feeling that Multikine, being further along in development and more limited in applicability, is the right sized project the company can manage.
