LoF, this run is very strange. LEDs are not the type of product that would draw in the speculative crowd. And this has gone too long to be just a mo play. I wonder if there is something else going on, such as a deal with a carrier to supply LEDs and transistors for their phones and base stations, or if there is some breakthrough in commercializing a blue laser.
