The company has major contracts involved in the renovations of the New York Subway system. There were/are 3 companies involved in contracting to provide the renovations, and Kasten Chase equipment is a common factor in all three proposals. The equipment is being provided by a wholely owned sub called Springboard. The company has valuable skills, but communication with shareholders isn't one of them. I have held stock in this co since about 1997.
