There is no doubt that the jackups are getting on in years. I don't know for sure, but I suspect that the average age is more than 20 years. The day will come for newbuild jackups...but it ain't today.
Repair and refurb work should continue steady. But as Slider says, that won't support a yard like FGH.

Just off the phone with FGH...seems they are talking about quite a number of projects.
