Actually I was having the same problem and ask the question to their tech support people and received this answer : "Thank you for your questions. Our official policy is that we don't track OTC:BB stocks or Canadian stocks. For some reason some otc:bb stocks have crept into our data feed. Due to popular demand, we are looking into the possibility of adding both otc:bb stocks and Canadian stocks. Please let us know if you have any further questions."
