jkw, i also use iqc charts and highly reccommend them. I've realized a strong relationship between the DMI (directional moving index) plus and minus lines and the stochastics. Both the stochastic lines and the DMI lines cross over near the same intervals when a stock is on the move. The DMI seems very helpful when used as a reinforcement indicator for the stochastics.
Regarding stochastics: do you know of any websites, free or not, which list, on a daily basis, when the stochastics of a Nasdaq stock crossover between 20 and 80? Or am i asking way too much? I trade 3-6 stocks a week based on rising or falling crossover stochastics and have been very successful with this method but am spending hours and hours in the proccess searching for stocks which are poised for a move.
Any response will be helpful.
Thx,
tom nagle
