Now that PRTL is raising another $250M, as announced 2/11 .... they will have $750M in cash on hand. I can't imagine they would be taking that action for any reason other than a SIGNIFICANT EVENT they must be planning .... Can only be GOOD news! Stick around .... only the beginning ....
