david or anyone, another date for to pay attention to and to factor into the equation is the ex-dividend date. to your knowledge, am i not correct that there will be a stipulated date at which time one must own COMS to qualify for the PALM distribution? that date would seem to be at some point prior to the distribution (duh), and once that requisite is met, there will be increased selling pressure on COMS, don't you agree? it would be quite extraordinary if one had to own COMS on the date the PALM shares were distributed. to my knowledge, no one knows this date, nor when it will be announced. am i correct in these assumptions? :) mark
