Sensar should be called Scamsar
What a bunch of sour fruit, just like the cheerleaders who ran out of cheer. Seems like their hype got too smelly for the fish and they got ejected to the dungpile.
Read the 10Qs, read the press releases. Ask yourself simple questions like:
1. If this technology is so great why doesn't it work on the wired web. There are a lot of people with 56K modems who would love broadband speed with this great technology. Oh .... I forgot, its too SECRET to use or show! Right! I believe that!
2. Why did SCII change the deal to the detriment of SCII shareholders. Did bebbington or landa get offered money to allow the change?
At todays price those extra 500,000 shares are worth one tasty morsel. Who loses? SCII shareholders of course. But you can bet your right booty that Landa, the securities lawyer, has found a way to get full compensation.
3. Who owns the technology? ITES does. Will SCII ever, or Net2Wireless ever own it? Good question, and no one is answering this basic question. I suspect ITES will only license it to N2W, that is if it actually works. If that is true, then ITES will be the mini-Qualcomm, not N2W/SCII, of course, that is if it actually works like hyped, which I sincerely doubt.
4. News from the Geneva technology conference? ITES/N2W/SCII was a no show! Gee, I wonder why?
5. Why is Partner testing technology from PassCall? Yes, a good question.
6. Why did Partner claim they still hadn't signed an agreement with ITES and still hadn't started testing, while Landa aka Sharkey, in Utah and at the pool table, claimed testing was already underway? You should harbor on this for a while until you start understanding why you're looking at a bigtime SCAM.
7. Why won't SCII release any news about the deal or the technology? Cause they don't want to get sued for any worse than they are already going to get sued when the real news hits, that's why!
8. How do you turn no-name technology, that is unproven, untested, unheard of, into a $1.5bln winner? You don't, you hype it and hope to get out before the real news breaks.
9. Where is the Sensar website that was promised 4 months ago? Why does Landa answer the phone, "Sharkey's Pool Hall?" Why did an unreleted company take the net2wireless.com website? Why is it that neither Landa or Bebbington will talk? Why is it that when you call ITES, they refuse to talk?
Sorry, but its easy for me to see that SCII = SCAM, this is one overhyped and overblown scam and a lot of people are going to get burned!
Why aren't I being sued for claiming this company is a sham? Maybe I'm right and management knows it! |
