Here is some math for you to cogitate on!

INFY with a total of 66.1 million shares at today's close of $ 543 has a market cap of about $ 36 billion.

CATP with a total of 60.4 million shares at today's close of $ 20 has a market cap of about $ 1.2 billion.

Assuming they pay $ 30 for CATP, it would take $ 1.8 billion or 3.3 million shares of INFY at today's closing price or they could swap one CATP share for 0.055 INFY share or a sweetened offer of 0.073 shares of INFY to get $ 40 for CATP.

Either way they would have bought CATP on the cheap!
