David, I am sure he spoke with someone at the Company. Last week Doug spoke with someone at Franklin and was given an indication that there would be news during the quiet period. Its a coming, if not this week it will be the next. The quiet period should be over mid May. I am sure when this period is over, Frank and company will have some nice treats for us. Hang in there.
