yeah,mash and nite are the mm's for
ameritrade and they pick and choose
when they want to fill an order...
today i had TEXN with them for 75 minute
with no fill..

good luck,just have to choose an online broker
whose otc mm's are better suited for otc stocks,
AMERITRADE IS NOT ONE OF THEM....
