Interesting. I use it all the time and it works very well. Stocks go up and down due to supply and demand. Supply and demand is who's buying and who's selling.

As supply and demand are the reason for a stock to go up and down, this must come first, before the stock moves. So by looking at the buying and selling action (i.e. the chart and the volume) it is possible to get an idea of the result - the stock's movement in advance!

Of course, buying and selling also have reasons that go before. But we are not always privy to those reasons at the time of the buying or selling, so publicly known fundamentals are less of a buy or sell signal than stock action.

Do you have an explanation for your TA non-believer status?
