Richard: for those of us who follow it closely, the news may be bittersweet Richard, have you ever gone to a conference where Pat Gelsinger, VP of desktop computing at Intel, has spoken about future of desktop computing in the last 6 months. A brief synopsis of his speech is RDRAM this; RDRAM that. I heard him speak at IEEE in SEP in front of bunch of University electronic engineering faculty and couldn't for the life of me understand why the stock market didn't react to double the price from 60 to 120 within a week. Evidently EE faculty and graduate students don't invest. john
