I just keep wondering why the market does not recognize all the smart moves pcln is making.

The shorts and daytraders sure do. They're really impressed! They're the only ones making any dough on pcln these days.

Caveat emptor. They are issuing stock warrants like candy. No cash for operations? Use warrants. Look at my recent posts re the staggering losses pcln suffered in the latest Q when warrants were included. They are using stock warrants to buy inventory. And then it goes right into the float.

Peter- Tell me of one other company in America that does this!

If you believe their lies, you will go down with the sinking pcln ship. PCLN suffered staggering losses in their latest Q and they are hiding it with warrants.

Peter, sell while you still have the chance. The dream is dead. These guys are frauds and they are more than willing to take retail investors's $$ for themselves.

Remember this always- the bond offering was cancelled. Lack of demand. Why? Why do you think? Ask yourself that. Visions of Boston Chicken dancing in institutionals' heads, perhaps?

Sell. These people are frauds. They make me sick to my stomach, because they have the blessing of the SEC and the ignorant investors who buy their crap stock. And they are getting away with fraud.

I have no long or short position in pcln.
