Do you have a URL link for the CIBC upgrade from $40 to projected $50 price for VLNC?

Is there anything to read in to the fact that Bid and Ask prices are not listed when getting quotes for VLNC tonight?

My best to those in Henderson who are closely watching out for the interest of all VLNC longs!!!!
