Hi J., Sorry, I don't know if I can provide any help on this. One of the tools of a stock manipulator, could be an offshore company. But I don't know the mechanics of how it works. The connection to the Street.com was already pretty much a given. Manipulators need a powerful mouthpiece to help stir up fearful emotions in the crowd and they probably need a nod from powerful friends. Who knows, maybe Fidelity is friends with Rocker, told him they wanted to sell off 40% of their holdings at $80/90 per share (since they realized earnings would be soft), and would help him to drive it back down so they could buy it back at $40 and increase their total holdings in the company, he would also pick up $$ by shorting it down to $40 or less. Somebody obviously had a team of shorts working the threads in a coordinated attack. This scenerio is total wild speculation on my part.
