Perhaps my question could have been phrased better. I want to believe the P & F chart indicates this is a good time to buy, yet to call a
formation on that chart "oversold" brings to mind an image of price going down but volume drying up.

I'm not challenging the usefulness of P&F vs any other and am no authority of any sort on TA. But I do know that P & F only shows price action. Simplicity is a positive attribute, if it works.

Will be watching to see if this P & F formation was a potent indicator to buy, even though volume is not considered... and I hope it is, because I've bought some, just above today's current closing prices...
