If you are talking about beta software, Netscape Navigator is in a much better shape than any of Microsoft's beta software.

If you are talking about released software, Microsoft quality is a joke. I use their Visual C++ and Word 6.0 every day, and encounter major problems every day. Navigator 1.0 quality is better than Word 6.0.
