Have you considered joining my protest? [started on Yahoo]

I hope to speak with Dale in the very near future regarding this deal, and would appreciate from you (and anyone else) questions which I can ask.

I have my own issues and concerns, but believe many of you have other issues and concerns not represented by my ideas.

Please feel free to send information to me at:
dmagie@pathcom.com

My intentions are as follows:

To ensure that the Inprise/Corel merger is appropriate for the shareholders of Inprise through one of the following means:

1. The deal is stopped

2. The .747 exchange ratio is modified to appropriately value Borland assets

3. The board structure is modified to allocate control of the Board of Directors to Inprise and their shareholders

4. A compelling reason for the poor valuation is made public to Inprise shareholders.

If you are interested in joining my list of dissenters, to coordinate an approach to INPR management, please feel free to email me with your contact information (name, phone, email, fax) and number of shares at:

dmagie@pathcom.com

Kind Regards,
Guru
