Trial update--trial started a half hour late. SEC opening statement included several lies. Rest of the day was devoted to the SEC questioning TT, who did an outstanding job. No surprises in the testimony. Denver Post article in 2/14 am paper contained more inaccuracies than usual. An unknown reporter was in the courtroom for the am session. Several other unknown persons also attended portions of the trial. Look for testimony from expert witnesses for the SEC and GE tomorrow and Wed.
