Do you see any chance of a Sun/AMD partnership? AMD's next chip, Sledgehammer, will have dual 32/64 capability and could offer Sun a cheap alternative (albeit 2 years from now) to using Intel. Stranger things than a Sun/AMD alliance have happened, such as the the Sun/AOL alliance. By the way does anyone know when the iPlanet software is going to be released and what contribution to Sun's bottomline is it expected to offer?
