I read the whole thing, now. Rather than comment on all the stuff they missed, and all the stuff they glossed over, I'd rather comment on the most telling point of the writeup-- the 'Hot Issues- FAQ' section. There are nine questions in that section. The middle seven questions and answers look something like this: Question: Doesn't problem X bode ill for Amazon? Answer: No, because Y Z... You would expect in a balanced portrait that with seven questions about Amazon problems, you'd get at least one case of: Answer: Yes, it does or at least a: Answer: Maybe, it depends on Y Z. This goes to the bias of the author. He's very defensive in this section.
