"CMGI is committed to taking our wholly owned companies public and offering a portion of the shares to the DSP program". wasn't that majority owned before... I can not imagine that ALTA will be excluded from the DSP when DW knows very well that many CMGI longs are waiting for it, and the size of the offering is 14.8M... best of luck to all amein alsuezi
