hey jim-REF MM..
another thing i left off was places like NITE are
publicly traded companies whose bottom line is how do
they do the same job they did last year and use less expense,
or in reality how do they do more business without additional
expense(more employees) their service pays the price,they do
not have enough staff to handle the orders coming at them and they are so backlogged,that is the major problem is that everyone is squeezing the penny so hard,that true fundamental customer service is
missing...and the bottom line is orders are just sitting out there and the phones just keep ringing....
