Beyond.com Paul Allen's Vulcan Ventures filed to sell 200,000 shares of Beyond.com, a transaction valued at $1.2 million in the open market, according to regulatory filings. Vulcan Ventures registered to sell the shares on Feb. 3, using Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as the broker. There are an estimated 36.2 million shares of Beyond.com (BYND: news, msgs) outstanding. Shares closed down 3/8 at 5 3/16 on Thursday.
